These Terms govern your use of the Resonance Labs website at resonance-labs.ai (the “Website”). The Website is an informational site about our company and its products. Our products — including Tensormix and Arktide — are provided under their own separate terms, which govern any accounts you create or purchases you make on those products.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined in these conditions, maintaining the same definitions in singular or plural forms.

- Affiliate: an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party (50%+ ownership of shares/equity).

- Country: the United Kingdom.
- Content: text, images, or other information posted, uploaded, or made available by users.
- Device: any device accessing the Service.
- Feedback: suggestions regarding Service attributes, performance, or features.
- Products: the digital services, subscriptions, or access plans offered by the Company, including Tensormix and Arktide.
- Service: the Website and related web-based content and features.
- Website: Resonance Labs, accessible at resonance-labs.ai.
- You: the individual or legal entity accessing the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern use of the Service and form the agreement between users and the Company. They apply to all visitors and users. Access is conditioned on acceptance and compliance. Users represent they are over 18 years old. The Company does not direct the Service to minors. Users must also accept the Privacy Policy.

Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Infringement
Copyright owners or authorised representatives who believe their work has been infringed may submit written notice to the copyright agent at legal@resonance-labs.ai with detailed infringement descriptions.
DMCA Notice and Procedure
DMCA notifications must include:
- Electronic or physical signature of authorised copyright owner representative
- Description of copyrighted work and its location
- Identification of infringing material location on the Service
- Notifier’s address, telephone, and email
- Good faith belief statement that use is unauthorised
- Penalty-of-perjury statement that information is accurate
Products
The Website itself does not sell Products or host user accounts. Where the Website links to the Company’s Products, any purchase, subscription, account, or order is governed by the terms and conditions published on the relevant Product, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
Information on the Website is constantly updated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information and reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors without notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are exclusive Company property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without the Company’s prior written consent.
Your Feedback to Us
Users assign all rights, title, and interest in Feedback to the Company. If assignment is ineffective, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and licence to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit Feedback without restriction.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
Termination
The Company may restrict or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s entire liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid through the Service or $100 USD if no payments were made. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and suppliers are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects without any warranty. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by United Kingdom law (excluding conflicts-of-law rules).
Disputes Resolution
Users agree to attempt informal dispute resolution by contacting the Company. EU consumers benefit from mandatory consumer-law provisions of their country of residence.
United States Legal Compliance
Users represent and warrant they are not in an embargoed country or designated terrorist-supporting country, and they are not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
Unenforceable or invalid provisions will be modified to accomplish their objectives to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, with remaining provisions continuing in full force. Failure to exercise rights does not affect future rights.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material revisions will have at least 30 days’ notice. Continuing to access the Service after revisions take effect constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
